Operating rules – Love Camp / Love Village / Tent Village
- LOVE CAMP/LOVE VILLAGE/TENT VILLAGE Opening Hours – All campsites will open on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM. LOVE CAMP/LOVE VILLAGE/TENT VILLAGE will close on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
- The route to the festival, access roads to the venue, and campground entrances are marked on maps available on the festival website at www.b4l.cz.
- The campgrounds are enclosed; the placement of individual tents and safety corridors is determined and marked out by the organizing staff, whose instructions and campground rules visitors are required to follow.
- To stay in the campgrounds, you must purchase a ticket for the specific campground.
- Only visitors wearing the appropriate identification wristband on their forearm are authorized to enter the campsite. Upon each entry to the campsite, visitors are required to present their identification wristband to the security staff at the campsite entrance without being asked.
- For security reasons, the campsites within the festival grounds are the only places where visitors may pitch tents or spend the night. Any festival visitor with a valid ticket—which has been exchanged at the designated location for a valid identification wristband authorizing entry to both the festival grounds and the specific campsite—may enter the campsites and use their facilities.
- A sanitation center with portable toilets and showers is available at the campsite.
- The organizer is not responsible for the safety of personal belongings at the campsite. For this reason, we recommend not leaving valuables in tents while you are away and locking your tent with at least a padlock.
- Reservations for tent sites are not possible.
- Throughout their use of the campsite facilities, visitors are required to comply with safety, hygiene, and fire regulations; in particular, there is a strict ban on lighting or handling open fires, pyrotechnics, or explosives. It is prohibited in the campsites to start fires, use open-flame cookers (including electric grills), or handle explosives, including firecrackers. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the campsites. A smoking area is designated near the main entrances to the campsites. In addition to the above, participants are also required to comply with the ordinance on nighttime quiet hours to avoid disturbing the immediate vicinity (playing music from personal audio devices, etc.). Motor vehicles are also not permitted to enter the campsites.
- First aid at the festival and in the campsites is provided by fully qualified professionals. A first aid tent staffed by medical personnel is also available at the festival. The location of the tent is marked on the site map. In the event of an injury, we recommend contacting the festival staff, who will arrange for first aid to be called.
- The use of narcotic and psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited in the campsites. Violation of this prohibition entitles the organizer to immediately terminate the provision of campsite services without compensation. The same penalties apply to the Love Camp/Love Village/Tent Inn Village operating rules as to the rest of the festival. Visitors to Love Camp/Love Village/Tent Inn Village are liable for any damage caused.
- You may bring your own food and drinks to all types of campsites.
- The Beats For Love 2026 Festival is a cashless festival, and it is not possible to pay within the festival grounds other than through payment methods that allow for cashless transactions (any payment card or prepaid card). Cash payments are only possible via a prepaid card (a card issued by the Beats For Love festival organizer, loaded with cash or via cashless payment).
The campsites are operated by Festivalia s.r.o.
