Entry for visitors with disabilities

Discounts for holders of disability cards (ZTP and ZTP/P) can only be applied when purchasing tickets on-site. The discount does not apply to tickets purchased online and cannot be claimed retrospectively. The discount for ZTP and ZTP/P cardholders is only available when purchasing tickets at the box office. The discount does not apply to tickets purchased online and cannot be applied retroactively. The discount is 50% for ZTP cardholders and 50% for ZTP/P cardholders and their companion. The discount is calculated based on the ticket price at the venue and applies only to standard tickets.

The discount does not apply to VIP tickets, parking, or camping tickets.

Accessible (ZTP) toilets are located at the first aid station on Ruská Street, at the first aid point near the entrance on Vítkovická Street, and on the ZTP platform next to VIP B. Keys for these toilets are available from the medical staff. If visitors are unable to find the accessible toilets, they can contact the medical team, who will be happy to assist them.
