BEATS FOR CHARITY 2026 – When the beats are helpful
Behind every beat there can be a story worth hearing. Beats for Charity 2026 is once again opening hearts and space to those who truly need it. We give voice and support to those whose daily realities are filled with courage, pain and strength. It’s not just about financial help – it’s about the message that they are not alone in this.
This year, we’re bringing two powerful stories together. The story of the Bochňáks grandparents who, after their daughter’s difficult diagnosis, became not only a helping hand but also a new home for their two young granddaughters. And the story of little Eliška from Karviná, who in her first year of life is already fighting a battle that no adult could have managed. These are stories that deserve our attention, empathy and concrete help.
The Story of Little Fighter Míša
Míša was born prematurely and, after a complicated birth, had to face serious health challenges from his very first days. Today, he lives with delayed psychomotor development, a physical disability, and diagnosed childhood autism.
For his parents, caring for him is a lifelong mission. Míša requires constant attention, and because of his autism, he often experiences periods of inner restlessness that are very difficult both for him and for those closest to him. His parents are facing everything on their own, without the support of extended family, yet they do everything they can to give him the happiest life possible.

Use of the financial donation
Financial support will help the family cover intensive specialist rehabilitation, speech therapy, occupational therapy, canistherapy, and swimming lessons, which are not covered by health insurance. The donation will also ease the family budget by helping with co-payments for medication and the special diet that Míša urgently needs.

The Story of Brave Little Oliver
Two-year-old Oliver is growing up in the loving care of his deaf parents, Natálie and David. Since birth, however, Oliver has been battling a serious genetic brain disorder that caused him to have up to one hundred epileptic seizures a day.
After months spent in hospitals, he underwent extremely high-risk brain surgery in Brno, led by a Swiss specialist. Although the worst is now behind him, his little body remains very weak. Oliver is not yet able to speak or move independently, needs special glasses, and receives nutrition through a PEG feeding tube.
With immense patience and love, his parents are now doing everything they can to give Oliver as much stimulation as possible for his further development and to improve his everyday comfort.

Use of the financial donation
The contributions will be used to cover regular physiotherapy and neuro-speech therapy, both of which are key to Oliver’s progress. The family will also invest the funds in essential assistive devices and a special stroller, which will help Oliver navigate everyday life more comfortably.
How to donate?
You can already support Oliver and Michael by making a donation via the QR code to the transparent account 338915910/0300. At the festival site, you will also be able to contribute by card terminal or via QR code.
