1. Organizer and Project Partner
Organizer:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”)
Project Partner:
Philip Morris ČR a.s., Vítězná 1, 284 03 Kutná Hora, IČO: 14803534
The Partner provides financial and communication support to the project. The Partner is not the organizer of the contest, does not administer it, and bears no responsible for its execution.
2. Contest Duration
- Application period: from April 9, 2026 to May 1, 2026, winner announcement on May 8, 2026
- The contest and all related activities take place online (Instagram, website) and subsequently at the B4L festival.
Specific dates (including winner announcements and performances) will be communicated via official B4L festival channels.
3. Participation in the Contest
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
A participant must be an individual who:
- is at least 21 years old on the date of entry,
- has a public personal Instagram account,
- fulfills the entry mechanics according to Article 4 of these Terms,
- resides in or is a citizen of the Czech Republic or a neighboring country
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the participant’s age at any time, including retrospecitvely.
3.2 Ineligible Participants
The following persons are excluded from participation:
- individuals who create or have previously created content targeted at minors,
- individuals who violate applicable laws, Instagram rules, or standards of good conduct,
- individuals whose actions may damage the reputation of the Organizer or the Partner
4. Contest Mechanics
4.1 How to Enter
Entries can be submitted exclusively via Instagram as follows:
- the participant publishes an Instagram Reel,
- uses the official B4L template in the contest post,
- tags the oficial B4L Instagram profile,
- uses the designated hashtags,
- complies with all conditions specified in the official contest post.
Specific instructions, template, and hashtags will be provided in the official B4L contest post.
5. Selection of Winners
- Winners are selected by the B4L festival as the Organizer, with oversight by the Partner.
- There may be multiple winners.
- Selection is based on subjective evaluation (including artistic impression, style, originality) as well as additional criteria set by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant who:
- does not meet the 21+ age requirement,
- fail to provide cooperation for age verification,
- breaches these Terms.
There is no legal entitlement to any prize.
The Organizer and the Partner reserve the right to refuse or subsequently exclude any selected participant (winner), particularly if their behavior, public appearances, past activities, published social media content, or other circumstances could harm the reputation or legitimate interests of the Organizer or the Partner.
In such cases, na alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prize
Selected winners will receive the opportunity to:
- perform as a DJ on the Tunnel by ZYN at the B4L festival.
The exact timing, format, and technical requirements of the performance will be determinated by the Organizer and the Partner.
7. License and Use of Contest (UGC)
By participating in the contest, the participant agrees that:
- the Organizer and the Partner are entitled to record audiovisual content from performances and related activities at the Tunnel by ZYN,
- such recordings may be used on a royalty-free basis for marketing, PR, and contente purposes, including on social media, in digital media, and in print materials,
- the license is granted on a non-exclusive basis, without territorial limitation and for na unlimited period, for archival and communication purposes
The participant also agrees to the publication of their name, likeness, and artistic performance in connection with the contest and the festival.
8. Future Cooperation
Selected participants may be offered additional collaboration opportunities within the ZYN Unite Car project (e.g. DJ performances, event activities)
This cooperation:
- is not part of the prize,
- is not guaranteed or claimable,
- is subject to a separate agreement and contractual arrangement with the partner Philip Morris.
9. Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for:
- technical issues related to the Instagram platform,
- failure of content delivery or visibility on Instagram,
- interference by third parties,
- inability to realize the prize due to reasons on the participant’s side.
10. Changes and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to:
- modify,
- suspend,
- cancel the contest at any time,
particularly due to force majeure or regulatory restrictions.
11. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By participating in the contest, the participant confirms that they:
- have read and understood these Terms,
- agree to be bound by them,
- consent to the use of content as described in Article 7.
12. Final Provisions
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and shall enter into force upon their publication on the official B4L channels.
