- For the purposes of these Visitor Regulations, a ‘festival visitor’ means any individual attending the Beats for Love 2025 festival and entering the Beats for Love 2025 festival grounds on the basis of a valid ticket or other authorisation issued by the organiser. This term includes visitors, members of the public, members of the media, technical staff and other persons authorised to be on the Festival site, unless the context otherwise requires.”
- The purpose of the Visitor Regulations is in particular to ensure safety, fire protection, hygiene, health and property protection at the Beats for Love 2025 Festival and to ensure ideal conditions for all events (hereinafter referred to as ‘Events’ or ‘Beats for Love Festival’) that will be part of the Beats for Love Festival. The Visitor Regulations also aim to ensure a pleasant social atmosphere in the Beats for Love Festival area.
- For the purposes of these Visitor Regulations, the Beats for Love Festival grounds shall mean the visibly demarcated premises of the organiser in the Lower Vítkovice area (or other venue designated by the organiser). The Beats for Love Festival grounds will be open to visitors to the Festival on the dates and times set by the Organiser and published on the official Beats for Love Festival communication channels.
- The Beats for Love festival grounds are visibly enclosed by a fence and entry to the grounds is only possible with a valid ticket or other signage specified by the organiser. By purchasing a ticket and/or presenting a ticket on entry to the premises and/or entering the Beats for Love Festival grounds, each visitor agrees to the terms and conditions set out in these Visitor Regulations and upon entering the Beats for Love Festival grounds, these Visitor Regulations shall become binding on each visitor for the duration of their stay therein.
- The provisions of these Visitor Regulations shall apply equally to persons entering the Beats for Love Festival grounds on the basis of a special contractual relationship with the organiser and/or its contractual partners.
- Beats for Love festival grounds
- By purchasing a ticket or receiving an identification wristband, a contract for participation in the Beats for Love Festival is concluded between the visitor and the organiser of the Beats for Love Festival. Each visitor to the festival, upon submitting a ticket at the entrance to the festival, will receive an identification wristband which entitles them to enter the festival grounds and replaces the ticket. A ticket means both a printed ticket allowing entry to the festival to an unspecified person and an electronic ticket (e-ticket) allowing entry to the festival to a specific person. Tickets and identification wristbands cannot be returned. Entrance fees are non-refundable. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, venue and date of the festival due to force majeure or official prohibition; in such cases, no refunds will be made for tickets sold. Customers who require a tax receipt for their ticket purchases can purchase tickets at https://www.ticketstream.cz/stranka/faktura or must request one within 14 days of purchase via email info@b4l.cz.
- The organiser’s staff and/or persons authorised by the organiser and/or members of the security service are entitled to check the age of visitors on entry to the Beats for Love Festival site, particularly for those persons for whom it is relevant to meet the age requirements for entry. The minimum age for entry to the festival is 15 years. Visitors aged between 15 and under 18 (i.e. up to the day before their 18th birthday) may only enter the festival accompanied by their legal guardian or another adult person whom the legal guardian has entrusted with their supervision (the ‘Responsible Person’). The Responsible Person must be over 18 years of age and must produce proof of identity on request. The legal guardian or responsible person is fully responsible for the accompanied minor throughout his/her stay at the Festival. Visitors over 18 years of age have unrestricted access. Visitors are obliged to present proof of identity to verify their age (e.g. ID card, passport) upon request. If a person does not meet the age conditions for entry or the conditions for accompaniment according to this article, he/she may not be admitted to the festival without a refund of the admission fee.

Anyone who is unable to prove their authority to be on the Beats for Love Festival premises may not be admitted to the Beats for Love Festival premises and/or may be removed from the Beats for Love Festival premises. Once the IN is removed from the wrist, the IN will no longer be valid. Additional modifications will invalidate the IN. The IN is a valuable asset and forgery, or alteration of the IN is prohibited and is a criminal offence. Any claims can only be made before entering the premises.
- Supervision over the observance and respect of these Visitor Regulations in the Beats for Love Festival area is carried out by properly appointed staff of the organizer and other persons authorised and properly entitled to do so by the organizer and, within the scope of their legal powers, also by the Police of the Czech Republic and the Ostrava Municipal Police.
