Beats for Love Special: exclusive shows not to be missed
This year, the Beats for Love festival is serving up a truly exceptional program as part of its Beats for Love Special series — bringing unique collaborations and projects that are currently driving the global electronic music scene.
On Thursday at 21:00, Apashe with the brass orchestra will perform at Love by ČSOB. The Canadian musician of Belgian origin, known for his powerful bass lines and cinematic production style. He will once again bring his new live show with a live brass orchestra! In his live performances, he pushes the boundaries of sound and delivers an intense experience that leaves a stunning impression. Apashe has worked with top brands such as Samsung and Marvel and his live performances are some of the most epic in the world.
On Saturday at 21:30, A.M.C & Koven (UK) will present their unique world-premiere live performance together at Love by ČSOB. A.M.C, one of the world’s most respected drum & bass DJs, and Katie from the project Koven, known for her emotive vocals and energetic delivery, promise a set you won’t see anywhere else in the world this year.
Saturday will be packed from start to finish. At 20:00, Used:LIVE will take the stage at Love by ČSOB — a new, unique Belgian project that combines the performance of original samples with electronic instruments. This format allows for a deeper connection with the audience and delivers a rawer, more authentic experience. Used:LIVE is a new chapter where club energy meets a LIVE show!
Another special performance will continue the Saturday program at 23:00 — John Newman with a hybrid DJ set, also on the Love by ČSOB stage.. The British singer and producer, whose hits have topped the charts (e.g. “Love Me Again”), will bring a show that combines singing with a unique DJ set, creating an exclusive festival atmosphere.
Friday brings an energetic b2b gig by Simo Lorenz (DE) and Flug (ARG) at the Techno Dome by Proud at 21:30. Simo Lorenz is a resident of the legendary Lehmann Club in Stuttgart, while Flug is one of Argentina’s leading techno exports. Together they guarantee a powerful, hypnotic and perfectly balanced techno experience.
On Saturday night, at 01:00 sharp, the focus will shift to Harmony House Square by Evropa 2, where a back-to-back set by British DJs Arielle Free and Monki will kick off. Both are known as innovators of the house and tech-house scene, having worked on BBC Radio 1 and regularly dominate European clubs and festivals with their sets.
