If anybody still hesitates to buy tickets for this year’s Beats for Love for any reason, pay attention! Here are several other names that may definitely make it clear that this year’s multi-genre dance music festival will be even more loaded than last year’s. In fact, Dutch megastar Don Diablo and masked house wizard Claptone from Germany will visit Ostrava in Summer.

Don Diablo is no new name for fans of mainstream oriented electronic music. His biggest international achievements date back to 2013. His rocket growth continued in 2014 when he founded his own label Hexagon and a year later started a radio show of the same name. In 2016 his megahit Cutting shapes came out and then in 2018 he released his second album ‘Future’. “Don Diablo is a real deal in the music industry and is respected artist for nearly 20 years. His musical biography is decorated with such collaborations as Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, The Chainsmokers, Tiësto, Emeli Sandé, and many more. Last year he was ranked 7th in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll and it is a great honor for us to welcome him as the first representative of Top 10 of this poll,” says Kamil Rudolf, CEO of the festival.

The second huge name published in recent weeks is Claptone, the German masked DJ and producer, whose popularity has risen in the past two years. Last year Claptone was ranked at the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs on 57th place. He has already shown his unique show in white gloves at Tomorrowland or the Ultra Music Festival. And his tracks 'No Eyes' or 'Under The Moon' and remixes for 'Liquid Spirit' and 'We Got The Power' will make the visitors of House stage in Lower Vitkovice dance this year. The Scottish duo Illyus & Barrientos, from which Clapton himself had the track "In The Night" remixed, will also perform at the House Stage. Their own tracks 'Need Me', 'Takin' Over' or 'Ballin' promise a pure house experience.

Two new names have been dropped for Reggae 2 Jungle stage. The first one is Selecta J-Man, DJ and a producer from Bristol, England, who is collaborating with i.e. Deadly Hunta or Eva Lazarus and together with Aries is a member of the Born on Road family. The second one is also an English DJ and producer DJ Hybrid, the founding father of Deep In The Jungle Records. “DJ Hybrid is a highly acclaimed artist! After all, he is the winner of 'Best breakthrough DJ' and 'Best breakthrough producer' in a 'We Love Jungle Awards 2015' poll. This year he is nominated in the same poll in 'Best DJ', 'Best Producer', 'Best Track' categories and his label in the 'Best Label' category, so we keep fingers crossed and look forward to it,” adds Rudolf.

Drum & Bass stage will introduce you to a unique project 3RDKND, which is a joint project of DJs and producers Donny (UK), Katharsys (FRA) and our own Forbidden Society (CZE). The project is focused on experimental, military step, hard & dark drum and bass; therefore, you better expect a real hell of a show. Certainly, it will be hotter at a Devastator HC&HS stage, where an Italian duo Malice will bring Raw Hardstyle for the first time in Beats for Love era.

Finally, the time has come for the first artists to be announced for the Electroswing stage. The Sweet Life Society, an Italian electroswing project that has already performed at events like Glastonbury Festival, Boomtown Fair and Bestival. Also, it is time for a Psytrance stage to reveal their first artist. It is none other than Spirit Architect, a DJ and producer from Macedonia, who is, among other things, a qualified sound engineer.

Beats for Love festival takes place in an Industrial park of Lower Vitkovice, Ostrava from July 3rd  to 6th 2019. More than 400 artists from all around the world will perform at 13 stages. Tickets are currently on sale for 1090 CZK + selling fee. Also, VIP tickets and tickets to Love camp are on sale.
