The biggest electronic music festival in the heart of Europe will open its doors on Wednesday 5 July 2023 from 4 PM. This year, fans of dance music can expect 4 days full of performances by foreign and Czech DJs, artists and performers who will perform on 18 stages in the Dolní Vítkovice area and subsequent afterparties. This year promises the largest number of headliners and the strongest line up in history. There will be a rich accompanying program this year as well.
This year’s festival will perform Tiësto, Hardwell, Deadmau5, Blasterjaxx, Imanbek, James Hype, Nervo, Angerfist, Apashe Live, Cosmic Gate, Da Tweekaz, Dirtyphonics Elevated, Eats Everything, Ilan Bluestone, Luke Slater, Mark Knight, Matroda, Netsky, Offaiah , Oscar Mulero, Pan-Pot, Perc, Shouse, Sigma, Solardo, Sterac aka Steve Rachmad, Sub Focus & ID, Tinclicker, Wilkinson and 480 other artists from around the world. As always, visitors can look forward to the accompanying program, which is packed this year as well. In addition to traditionally popular activities, such as beer pong, parkour art show, facepainting, DJ school, American football or soccer workshop, the Vítkovice Oxygen Bar or ČEZ Energy zone will not be missing this year either. You can now look forward not only to the Talking Beats music conference, which will také place on Friday 7.7. in the premises of the U6 cafe or Live Jukebox with a live band and music from the 1950s and 1960s. Regular yoga lessons at the Love camp are also being prepared, and in cooperation with the health organization Rozkoš bez risko, there are also HIV tests. The good news is that there will be a non-stop valuables storage room and the possibility to charge phones in front of the main entrance to the area. In the premises you will find five ATMs for withdrawing cash and 4 cashback windows where you can also withdraw cash.
Last but not least, the festival also has a charitable dimension this year. There will be a public fundraiser to support ten-year-old Kačenka Bojková. A little girl from the Silesian village of Těrlicko who loves horses was hit by a van last October, but Kačenka did not give up. She survived a serious accident and is now struggling to regain her mobility and speech. „Her tremendous strength and will is my inspiration and driving force. When she was able to get here through all that, through all the impossibilities, we have to see it through to the end, we have to provide her with the largest possible range of possibilities for rehabilitation, compensatory aids, but also the highest possible comfort,“ says Vlaďka Bojková, Kačenka’s mother. And the head of the festival, Kamil Rudolf, joins in: „Like every parent, Kačenka’s story really affected me. I can’t even imagine how difficult it must be not only for her, but also for her parents. I believe that he will win his hearty fight, and maybe we will meet in Dolní Vítkovice someday.“ Kačen Bojková will be helped by the organizers and visitors of Beats for Love in a traditional charity collection.

PROCEDURE WHEN PURCHASING AN IDENTIFICATION WRISTBAND ON THE SITE!
At first, visit one of the ticket offices that will be set up for you and purchase either a one-day ticket or a full festival ticket - an identification wristband that will be attached to your hand. Then go to the main entrance, which will be marked. Here, after being checked by a professional security service, you will be allowed into the festival grounds.
PROCEDURE WHEN PURCHASING A TICKET IN ADVANCE!
If you have a ticket purchased in advance, go straight to the main entrance, which will be marked. Here you will exchange your ticket for an identification wristband and then, after being checked by a professional security service, you will be allowed into the festival area.
It will be possible to exchange a ticket for the entire festival for a wristband before the very beginning of the festival, from July 1st between 9 AM and 9 PM until July 4th between 9 AM and 9 PM on the ground floor of Forum Nová Karolina (opposite the Pandora store). The wristbands are attached immediately on the hand, so it is not possible to pick up the wristband for someone else. From July 5th until July 8th banding will only take place at the festival, on the first day from 10 AM at the box office and from 3 PM at the main entrance, as well as on the following days.

LOVE CAMP
Love camp is now located in close proximity to Silesian Ostrava Castle. There will be mobile dry toilets in the camp, as well as women’s and men’s showers. In the camp, there will also be the possibility to buy food, drink and hygiene products in the Love pub or to connect to the electricity network, which will work non-stop. All this guarantees great accommodation comfort for camp visitors. Love camp opens on Tuesday July 4th 2023 at 3 PM. You are only allowed to enter the Love camp with a valid band of this camp in combination with a festival band. People from Love camp do not get to Love village.
LOVE VILLAGE
Love village is located very close to the festival area (across Místecká street). It will have its own sanitary facility, which will be free for Love village visitors. Love village is sold out. Love village opens on Tuesday July 4th at 3 PM. You are only allowed to enter Love village with a valid band of this camp in combination with a festival band. Only those staying in Love village can get to Love village. People from Love village do not get into Love camp.

PARKING
The festival parking lot is sold out, so here is information about parking in the nearest vicinity!
We ask visitors to use the parking areas that are listed below and are intended for this purpose. Parking at OC Forum Nová Karolina: Access to the Forum Nová Karolina parking lot outside of normal opening hours (i.e. from 1 AM to 5.30 AM) will be possible through the service entrance marked C1, located opposite the Frýdlantský most. At the same time, parking at Forum Nová Karolina will be free for Beats for Love visitors for the entire duration of the festival!
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Throughout the duration of the festival, Dopravní podnik Ostrava will strengthen the tram service with inserted connections from the Dolní Vítkovice Hlubina stop in the direction of the city center, Výškovice and Dubina. From the Náměstí Republiky stop, connections in the direction of Poruba and Nová Ves vodárna will be strengthened. A weekly festival ticket at a price of 220 CZK will also be available for purchase via the MojeDPO app from Monday July 3rd until Thursday July 6th. The ticket will be valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
OUT OF CITY TRAIN TRANSPORT
Throughout the duration of the festival, České dráhy will strengthen the train service with additional connections from the Ostrava střed station in the direction of Návsí, Frýdlant nad Ostravicí and Opava.

AGE LIMIT
The minimum age to enter the festival is 15 years. From 15 to 18 years old, entry only with a legal representative or a responsible person over 18 years old. Just like last year, we have prepared a festival app for visitors with smartphones using the Android or iOS operating system. In it you will find information about the festival, line up, map of the area, navigation in the area and navigation that will guide you to the entrance to the festival. Once again this year, you can put together your favorite line up, use the site navigation or receive a push up message with important information from us! You can find it on both the App Store and Google Play under the name Beats for Love.
INFORMATION AND HELP
Festival newspapers with a map of the area and a time line-up will be available at the entrance and in other places. Lost and found will be collected at the info stand next to the ticket offices (there you are guaranteed to get the festival newspaper with the line-up and a map of the area). Of course, there will be an emergency service on the premises, which this year also has 6 stations marked on the map of the premises, and a fire patrol.
PROHIBITIONS AND A REQUEST TO RESPECT THE RULES
It is forbidden to bring food, drink, narcotic and psychotropic substances into the premises (there will be more than 50 police officers from the national anti-drug center with whom we will work closely) and weapons. For this reason, it will be necessary for each visitor to submit to a security search, which will be carried out by the security service. It is important for the safety of all of us, so we thank you for respecting it. (Of course, food and drinks can be brought into Love camp and Love village in reasonable quantities).
Photography with ordinary cameras and filming on mobile phones is allowed, recordings with professional equipment can only be taken on the basis of approved accreditation. Fires are strictly prohibited in the entire festival area, in the camping areas and in the parking lot. We ask visitors to respect order. The festival area will not be sufficiently comfortable and safe for dogs and other animals, and therefore their entry into the festival area, Love camp and Love village is prohibited.

Payments at the festival are only made in cash and only in Czech crowns! The exception is the Love pub in the Love camp and Love village, as well as the main VIP zone at the Love stage - card payment will also be possible in these places! This year again, after a lot of effort, we managed to secure mobile ATMs right on the premises for all visitors to the Beats for Love festival. This year there will be five ATMs, and we have also newly prepared 4 windows for cashback (withdrawal of cash from the card). You can find their location on the festival map. WILL ADVERSE WEATHER AFFECT THE FESTIVAL?
The total surface of the area is 4/5 asphalt/concrete/slag and 1/5 grass. We recommend good quality sturdy shoes to all visitors! We strongly do not recommend coming in flip-flops, sandals, pumps and similar types of footwear. In case of rain, there is a roof over the entire area for more than 16,000 visitors, so we will definitely not stop in the event of rain! We recommend everyone bring raincoats (umbrellas are prohibited) so that we can all grumble together after the festival about why we pulled them! ☺

Can I bring a selfie stick?
It is allowed to bring a selfie stick of classic dimensions into the area, long sticks over 100 cm are not allowed.
Can I bring a camelbak or an empty water bottle?
Yes you can, but it must be empty. The water station is marked on the map (blue faucet) and should be drinkable, but we cannot guarantee that, because we are not the owners of the area so we don´t know the condition of the pipes (we do not know the state of the water regulations).
Will the signal be strengthened?
Yes, there will be two boosters from T-mobile, two from O2 and one from Vodafone.

You can arrive on your own, but notify the reception directly upon arrival.
Can I have tickets on my mobile phone?
Yes, but make sure your display is not severely damaged and you have the brightness set to maximum. It is necessary to show a full ticket! A separate barcode is not enough.
Can I bring an umbrella?
It is forbidden to bring classic and folding umbrellas. You can take a raincoat with you.
Can I bring perfume, deodorant, repellent to the premises?
It is forbidden to bring pressurized containers (e.g. deodorants or repellants) and glass containers (perfumes) into the festival area. Solid deodorants, cream repellents in a plastic container and refills for electronic cigarettes (liquid) are allowed up to 120 ml.
