PROCEDURE FOR BUYING TICKETS IN PRESALE!
The first waves of presales will be officially launched on Monday, September 29. Four-day standard and four-day VIP tickets will be available. If you already have your LoveID, you will get priority access to the first waves of presales and can start looking forward to next year’s festival. In the first waves of presales, you can buy a maximum of 4 tickets; subsequent waves will be unlimited.

If you want to forward a ticket, all you need is the recipient’s email address, but the recipient must also have a registered LoveID. The ticket will be removed from your account and a new one will be created in the recipient’s LoveID account. In other words, without LoveID, you cannot buy a ticket or obtain one by forwarding it. The whole process is quick, simple, and, above all, secure for all parties.

The great news is that you won’t have to wait by your computer and endlessly refresh the page during presales. The fastest registered users will receive a unique link (the email with the link to be sent to the users mailbox) that will take them directly to the priority purchase of their festival ticket at a discounted price.

We will send you your unique link to the priority presale by email on Monday, September 29. The regular presale will also start on the same day—first via these special links, and then directly on LoveID for everyone.

ZTP (SEVERE HEALTH DISABILITY) AND ZTP/P (SEVERE HEALTH DISABITILY REQUIRING A GUIDE)

The discount for ZTP and ZTP/P (for people with severe health disability) can only be applied on site. This person must also create a LoveID registration. The discount is 50% off the ticket price on site and applies only to standard festival tickets. For ZTP/P, the discount also applies to the accompanying person.
